If your support plan includes this option then we will answer your customers' questions for you.
When a customer lodges a query in your ticket system we will log in to your ticket system to reply. Our responses will therefore appear to come directly from your company, and we remain anonymous in the process.
If you do not yet have your own ticket system, we can help install one for you.
Limitations - We will not answer:
If you are not completely satisfied with our service you can cancel within the first 14 days and we will refund the unused proportion of your fees in full.
