If your support plan includes this option, then our technicians can perform a wide range of system administration procedures and investigations. Examples of such tasks include:

IMPORTANT NOTE: For shared support plans (as opposed to dedicated support plans) we will provide a maximum of 1 hour of Advanced System Administration every 8-hour period (a maximum of 3 hours a day) and a maximum of 10 hours in total per month. The limit applies per customer and not per service plan.
