RECRUITMENT OFFICER
We require an experienced recruitment officer to handle all aspects of the recruitment process and to assist with other human resources
issues including:
- Vetting applications for various positions
- Arranging and conducting interviews
- Liaising with job candidates
- Inducting people into the company
- Assisting with placing job advertisements
- Finding avenues to recruit candidates such as contacting educational institutions
- Compilation of HR records (e.g. attendance records)
- Assisting with Government compliance requirements
- Assisting with the development of human resource policies and procedures
Desired profile:
- Substantial experience in the human resources field including recruitment
- Knowledge of statutory and Government compliance requirements in the HR field
- Self-starter with a proven track record of getting things done efficiently
- Sound written English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
